Turkey Trot

Every year we have the Turkey Trot on the last school day before Thanksgiving.  We love running around the block with our teachers and friends.  We really like seeing the teachers' dogs that come for the Turkey Trot.


Mrs. Walker's dog, Collin, came to visit for the Turkey Trot.
Mrs. Lewis' dogs helped with the announcements.
Ms. Burdette brought her dogs, Daisy and Ellie.
Collin enjoyed all the attention and petting.










Mr. Walker came and did the Turkey Trot with us and Collin.
Mrs. Lewis brought her dogs, Libby and Daisy.
After we ran, our shoes were muddy.
Mrs. M. let us put them in the hall.

    Thank you so much for letting me join all of you in the Turkey Trot. I really liked being able to run! Also, I have never had so many people pet me at one time. It was amazing! Randy Walker took me home and I rested for awhile in my bed, but I would love to come back soon and see everyone again.
