Valentine's Day

We were making Valentine fishes for people.  

We were writing words.

We were putting candy in people's Valentine bags.

We wrote Valentine  notes to people.

We felt happy when we made our Valentines.

Some people were passing out candy.

We got candy and Valentine cards.

Cinderella Bigfoot Characters

2nd Grade Action! told you about Mrs. White's class play.  We took pictures and also made videos of the play!

2-D and 3-D Shape Activity

We used gumdrops and toothpicks to make 2-D and 3-D shapes.  Then we got to eat the gumdrops!

We took the top off of the cube and made a pyramid.

Guest Author

This week author Tim Ostermeyer visited McKenzie.  He lives near Dallas and takes pictures of wild animals.

We went to the library to meet him and hear about his books.  He brought puppets and baby ducks.
